This time we offer you the chance to have a glance at Madeira Island centuries ago.
We will start by walking one of the oldest levadas of Madeira. Going deep inside the Laurel Forest, you will see how it was a hard job to build the levadas.
Once we reach the Madre da Levada (the beginning of the levada) we go upstairs until we reach the area of Fanal one of the most amazing places of Madeira! Here we meet one of the older inhabitants of the Island…Laurel Forest Trees with more than 600 years old….
The scenery is overwhelming and the experience is magic! The old trees completely covered with mosses and lichens, embraced by the daily mist, make this place a MUST DO to the photos lovers!
